### 1. Delivery Timelines
* Karachi: 1 to 2 business days.
* Other Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
* Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

### 2. Shipping Charges
* We offer Free Shipping on all bundle orders above Rs. 1,500.
* For single items or orders below Rs. 1,500, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies nationwide.

### 3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing your unique tracking ID. You can track your shipment live on our logistics partner's official website.

### 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You only pay when the package is delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

### 5. Damaged Shipments
